Job summary

Automation Anywhere, Inc. is seeking a SDET Intern to join our Bangalore, Vadodara, or Hyderabad teams for a 6-month internship.

You will design and maintain automated tests for web and AI-driven apps, collaborate with developers to resolve defects, and contribute to CI/CD testing efforts. The role requires pursuing a CS/Software Eng/AI/ML degree, familiarity with programming languages, front-end basics, and QA fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related AI/ML field.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of front-end development (CSS, HTML, Node).
• Fair knowledge of database querying and analyzing logs to root cause issues.
• Understanding of Gen AI concepts and software testing principles (unit, integration, functional, regression).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, chatbot AI applications and Rest endpoints using AI Tools.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, chatbot AI applications and Rest endpoints using AI Tools

• Adopt AI tools to increase the velocity on automation test cases

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related AI/ML field
• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
• Knowledge for front-end development [CSS, HTML, Node ect]
• Fair knowledge on database querying and analyzing the logs to root cause the issues
• Understanding on Gen AI concepts
• Understanding of software testing principles (unit, integration, functional, regression testing)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions etc
• Exposure to test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
• Knowledge of REST APIs and tools such as Postman
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
