You will design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications, including Service Portal, HRSD, HR Onboarding, and ITSM, and will work on integrations and workflows across modules. Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities

• Demonstrated technical capability in custom development for ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, HR Onboarding and Transitions and ITSM is an added advantage.
• Develop and implement new Aavenir applications on ServiceNow and integrations from initiation to Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements. Build and implement applications on the ServiceNow platform. Develop workflows and automate business processes. Customize Service Portal, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), HR Onboarding, and ITSM modules. Configure REST and SOAP web service integrations with external systems. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Configure Web Services to integrate with external applications using REST and SOAP API calls.
• Has worked in a successful start-up environment taking product from sprints to a mature stage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., Service Portal, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps)
• Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities are required.
• Experience with web technologies JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL. Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus.
• Effective communicator with both internal & external stakeholders.
• Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment.
• Ability to work in a start-up environment.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
