As a Software Engineer - Senior Manager (Python JavaScript), you will lead the development of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will leverage your skills and experience to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. • Providing advanced technical direction across programming languages such as Python and JavaScript to enhance software functionality
• Hands‑on experience defining architectures and solution patterns across modern software platforms, cloud‑native ecosystems, integration frameworks, and AI‑enabled development environments, while maintaining working knowledge of technology stacks such as Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Architecting microservices patterns, API management strategies, and enterprise application integration solutions for scalability and maintainability
• Architecting cloud-native solutions using Azure Infrastructure and AI Services (Azure Functions, Agentic AI Services, AI search capabilities) to enable faster development and intelligent application features
• Establishing architectural standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, scalability, and reliability across all applications
• Implementing and optimizing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) architectures with AI‑assisted automation to enable efficient software releases and reduce deployment cycles
• Establishing and enforcing source control, branching, and release management standards across teams
• Driving adoption of AI‑powered development practices to enhance team productivity, code quality, and accelerated learning curves for junior developers
• Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain coding standards
• Collaborating with cross‑functional leaders to analyze business requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying problems and opportunities
