As an AWS Full Stack Developer - Senior Associate, you will engage in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
• Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks (React or Angular) with AWS Amplify and TypeScript.
• Strong backend development skills with Java, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience designing REST APIs with API Gateway including authentication, throttling, and usage plans.
• Hands-on experience with AWS databases (DynamoDB including single-table design, RDS/Aurora).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK).
• Experience with authentication and authorization (Cognito, IAM, OAuth 2.0).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS).
