Qualifications

• Proven delivery of production full-stack systems (React + Python) and AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
• Strong architectural judgment across front-end, back-end, and LLM/agent orchestration.
• Deep familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, ReAct) and LLM orchestration.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, distributed systems, cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP), containers/Kubernetes, and security best practices.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As an AI Engineer – Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will focus on developing innovative software solutions that enhance business performance and drive digital transformation for our clients. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.
