Job summary

Volvo Group in Bengaluru, Karnataka invites an experienced UiPath RPA professional to design, develop and deploy automated workflows. You will work with Studio, Document Understanding, and AI model retraining to improve process efficiency and accuracy.

You will collaborate with IT, operations and business units, ensure production-ready solutions, and document designs and test cases. The role emphasizes in-person collaboration and staying current with UiPath features.

Responsibilities

  • Performing technical analysis of business requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using UiPath.
  • Design and build automation workflows in Studio that use Document Understanding to extract, classify, validate document data
  • Work with the AI Center / ML model training: assist / trigger retraining of models, provide data / feedback for improving accuracy.
  • Use Action Center in UiPath for human-in-the-loop tasks (validations, corrections).
  • Ensure the solution is stable, performant: manage queues, logging, monitoring, error reporting.
  • Collaborate with functional leads and process owners to understand process requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
  • Recommend and implement best practices in RPA to optimize process efficiency.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to UiPath development standards.
  • Deploy RPA solutions in production environments.
  • Create and maintain documentation for automated processes, including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and test cases.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
