Job summary

Volvo Group Finance in Bengaluru seeks a Commerce graduate or MBA in Finance with strong accounting knowledge to join the Accounts Receivable team. You will manage intercompany and non-intercompany processes, reconcilations, and cash applications, while ensuring accurate month-end reporting and strong stakeholder communication.

The role is in-office with shift flexibility. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is essential, along with attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate or MBA in Finance with strong accounting knowledge.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, handling intercompany & non-intercompany processes.
• Knowledge of the O2C cycle, invoicing, cash application, credit collections, cash and bank, journal entries, month-end reporting, and reconciliations.
• SAP knowledge is mandatory.
• This is an in-office role and candidate must be open to any shift.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong problem-solving skills; well-organized, self-driven, and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented, professional, and reliable.
