Job summary

Unidel Ventures in Pune seeks a Sr. Project Engineer-PLC with 4–7 years of experience to lead PLC programming and overall system design, including hardware registration and client coordination.

You will interpret electrical and mechanical requirements, read logic flow diagrams, debug PLC software, and travel domestically or overseas as needed, while preparing technical documentation and manuals.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in industrial automation.
• BE in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation.
• Experience with PLC programming and HMI development.
• Willingness to travel overseas and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLC programming and system design across projects.
• Coordinate with PM/TL on programming tasks.
• Interpret client electrical and mechanical needs and read wiring diagrams.

• Designation - Software Engineer
• Qualification - BE - (Electrical/ Electronics /Instrumentation)
• Location - Pune
• Experience - 4 - 7 Years

JOB Description:

Required Technical Expertise:

• Experience on PLC programming mainly Toshiba /GE / Rockwell / Schneider/ Siemens/Mitsubishi (Ladder logic, Function Block diagram and Sequential Flow chart)
• Experience on HMI screen development mainly IGNITION / WinCC/ Wonderware / Intouch / Factory talk view etc.
• Integrate PLC/SCADA with industrial networks such as Modbus, Ethernet, Profibus, Control-net, Device net, TCP-IP, Third Party Networking.
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and debugging at client sites.
• Experience in Drives Good knowledge of Process Industry Platform.
• Knowledge in Hydraulic system Design /Electrical /Control panel /Piping GA drawings /IO list etc. panel automation project related documents.
• Should have experience of conducting FAT / SAT, and able to Manage the client.
• Ready to Travel Overseas as well as Domestic Sites
• Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and reports. Japanese Language Bilingual will have more preference. Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.

• As Sr. Project Engineer-PLC, Proficiency in PLC Programming with overall System Design including Hardware Registration.
• Coordinate with the PM/TL on current programming tasks.
• Meeting and Understanding client s requirements for electrical and mechanical needs.
• Reading and interpreting the logical flow diagram.
• Work independently when required.
• Debug existing PLC Software.
• Continuously learn and improve skills to pursue new technical areas.
• Ready to Travel Overseas as well as Domestic Sites
