• Designation - Project Manager
• Qualification - B.E - Instrumentation/Electronics/ ETC/Computer Science or equivalent
• Location - Pune
• Experience - 10 - 12 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing complex, cross functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, People Management, Cost Control, Quality Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management and ISO processes. This role
requires the ability to manage projects from planning to delivery and a deep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of PLC SCADA projects including planning, design, development, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (PLC, SCADA, IT/OT, field engineers) to meet scope, schedule, quality, and safety targets.
• Manage customer communication proactively, technical reviews, change requests, and progress reporting including coordination.
• Oversee system architecture, third-party integrations (MES, MQTT, historians, analytics platforms)
• Control project budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and internal quality processes.
• Drive FAT/SAT execution, site commissioning support, and issue resolution.
• Japanese language skills (JLPT N4 level or above) will be an added advantage for collaboration with global/Japanese customers and documentation support.
• Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron).
• Expertise in SCADA systems (ICONICS, Wonderware, WinCC, Ignition, or similar).
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (BACnet, Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, OPC UA).
• Hands-on experience with HMI development and integration.
• Understanding of electrical control systems, instrumentation, and automation standards.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging PLC/SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with networking basics for industrial systems.

Added Advantage:

• Experience with DCS systems and advanced automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT integration, and cloud connectivity.
• Knowledge of Sensors Transmitters Like Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level etc.
• Knowledge of Control Valves Actuators.
• Knowledge of Combustion Safety Control System.
• Knowledge of Schematics Hardware Design in Control PLC Panels.
• Experience in Testing commissioning.
• Communicate effectively in basic Japanese for documentation review and client interactions (N5/N4 level)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Communicate effectively both in written and oral English.
• Self-motivated, innovative, willing to pursue new technical areas and capable of working independently.
