Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of hands-on mobile/web app development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, OOP and software design.
• Experience with full-stack frontend architecture and RESTful API integration.
• Hands-on experience with frontend state management frameworks: BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, Redux, Zustand.
• Familiarity with Git and PR workflows.
• Exposure to mobile app deployment for App Store/Play Store is preferred.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and automation tools like GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or Bitrise.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive web interfaces with React, TypeScript, and state management solutions.
• Implement modular frontend code aligned with scalable design patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Redux, Context API).
• Integrate front-end with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets for real-time data.
• Write unit, integration, and widget/component tests with modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams in Agile/Scrum.
• Configure and support CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment to test environments and app stores.
• Participate in peer code reviews to maintain quality, security, and style adherence.
• Interface with native mobile APIs via platform channels when needed.
• Work with device firmware integration to enable communication between Flutter app and hardware.
• Implement structured logging and diagnostic tooling for runtime monitoring and debugging.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring native-like performance on iOS and Android.
• Build responsive, high-performance web interfaces using modern React, TypeScript, and state management solutions.
• Implement clean, modular, and maintainable full-stack frontend code structured around scalable design patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Redux, or Context API).
• Integrate front-end interfaces with RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and WebSockets for real-time data synchronization.
• Write robust unit, integration, and widget/component tests using modern testing frameworks to maintain high test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers, in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Configure and support CI/CD pipelines to automate application building, testing, and deployment to test environments and app stores.
• Participate in thorough peer code reviews to maintain code quality, security standards, and adherence to team style guides.
• Interface with native mobile APIs (Android/iOS) using platform channels when native capabilities are required.
• Work with device firmware interaction and integration to enable seamless communication between the Flutter application and connected hardware.
• Implement structured logging and diagnostic tooling for runtime monitoring, crash tracing, and faster production debugging.
• Manage in-app memory handling and caching strategies to optimize performance, reduce app footprint, and ensure smooth operation across devices.

• Handle Google Play Store app uploads, staged/production rollout management, and release versioning as part of the deployment workflow.
• Configure build-level code obfuscation (e.g., ProGuard/R8) and release build optimization to protect application code and assets in production.
• Participate in technical design discussions, architectural evaluations, and continuous system performance tuning.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience developing mobile and web applications in production or high-impact project environments.
• solid understanding of fundamental computer science concepts, including Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and software design principles.
• Familiarity with full-stack frontend architecture, client-server communication, HTTP protocols, and RESTful API integration.
• Hands-on experience with frontend state management frameworks (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, Redux, Zustand).
• Familiarity with modern version control systems, primarily Git, including branching models and pull request workflows.
• Exposure to mobile app deployment processes for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store is preferred.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated workflows using platforms like GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or Bitrise.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong drive to learn and master new technologies quickly.
