Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Software Engineer Level 3 in Vadodara to design and deliver complex features with ownership. You will mentor juniors, craft modular designs, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity and code quality.

The role emphasizes strong coding, debugging, performance tuning, and collaboration within Agile teams, with a focus on secure, scalable software and CI/CD readiness.

Qualifications

• Proficient in .NET Core and Angular development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices basics.
• Strong SQL, query optimization and database design skills.
• Familiar with design patterns and modular architecture principles.
• Knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure preferred).
• Experience with unit, API, and performance tests.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
• AI tools for coding, design suggestions, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of medium to large features or modules.

The role requires depth in coding, ability to create modular designs, mentor junior engineers, and effectively use AI tools to improve productivity and solution quality.

• Good understanding of design patterns, modular architecture principles, and integration patterns.
• Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure is preferred).
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in writing and reviewing unit tests, API tests, and performance tests.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring ability.
• AI Skills:
• Skilled in using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI) for coding, design suggestions, and documentation.
• Ability to validate AI-generated output and incorporate it responsibly in development.
• Understanding of AI-assisted development practices.
