Job summary

MRI Software is seeking an experienced .NET developer to join our India/APAC engineering team. You will build browser-based applications with modern .NET technologies, collaborate across teams, and contribute to performance, quality and design.

The role emphasizes self-sufficiency, architecture understanding, and active participation in agile rituals. You will work in a hybrid environment with health benefits and a performance-based bonus, engaging in knowledge sharing, code reviews, and ongoing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing browser-based applications using .NET.
• Experience with .NET Core, MVC, Rest API, jQuery, SOAP, SQL.
• Proficiency in at least one .NET language.
• Experience in developing RESTful web services using ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Good SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Frontend development with HTML5, CSS and a modern JS framework (Angular preferred, Vue/React).
• Knowledge of MVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To Develop software features in a self-sufficient way and to a high technical standard.
• Understanding the system architecture and technical goals of the product.
• Follow development process (source control, branching, testing etc.) without assistance.
• Actively troubleshoot issues and assist with complex support queries which require further analysis.
• Taking the initiative and participating in team rituals such as stand-ups, planning sessions, demos and retrospectives.
• Taking part in team activities such as collaborative-development and code-reviews.
• Taking part in cross-team activities such as knowledge-sharing and documentation.
• Building relationships with all other teams in the product development department.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience in developing browser-based applications using .Net
• Experience in .Net Core, MVC, Rest API, jQuery, SOAP, SQL
• Proficiency in at least one .Net language
• Experience in developing RESTful web services using ASP.Net Core Web API
