Job summary

SureBright in Gurgaon, India, is seeking a highly technical engineer to own end-to-end automation and growth tooling. You will build AI-powered workflows, integrate with HubSpot, analytics platforms, and internal databases, and ship experiments rapidly to drive revenue and efficiency.

You will operate across product, growth, ops, and engineering, turning rough ideas into working software with minimal process, while collaborating closely with founders.

What You’ll Do

• Create automations for sales, marketing, GTM, and ops workflows
• Build and maintain websites, landing pages, forms, and conversion flows
• Build small experiments, prototypes, and internal tools at high speed
• Work on integrations with CRMs, analytics tools, marketing tools, and internal systems
• Use AI coding tools, especially Claude Code, to accelerate development and shipping velocity
• Help team test new ideas quickly before they are scaled into core product
• Improve internal workflows through scripts, dashboards, lightweight apps, and agentic automations
• Own projects end-to-end: scoping, building, shipping, measuring results, and iterating

Examples of projects you may work on

• Build a prototype for a new D2C purchase or claims experience
• Launch a landing page experiment tied to paid campaigns or outbound sales
• Create internal tools to automate lead enrichment, outreach workflows, or reporting
• Build AI-powered workflows for support, GTM, or internal research
• Maintain and improve company websites and growth-focused product surfaces
• Connect tools like HubSpot, analytics platforms, email systems, and internal databases

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Strong proficiency with Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows
• Experience building web apps, scripts, automations, and integrations end-to-end
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend
• Ability to ship prototypes fast without losing good engineering judgment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with founders and non-technical stakeholders

Strong preference for

• Experience in startup environments or founder’s office / special projects roles
• Experience with growth engineering, GTM engineering, marketing automations, or internal tools
• Experience building and maintaining websites and landing pages
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks, Python, APIs, automation tools, and cloud deployment
• Experience integrating AI/LLM workflows into real business processes
