Job summary

Sparsh CCTV seeks a strategic leader for VMS development, reporting to the VP of Research and Development. You will drive C# and WPF-based desktop applications for real-time surveillance, focusing on performance, reliability, and usability.

Collaborating with product, QA, and backend teams, you will translate complex system requirements into scalable software, mentor engineers, and deliver high-impact solutions for government and infrastructure projects in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in C# and WPF application development.
• Strong command over XAML, MVVM design pattern, and user interface design.
• Experience with video streaming, recording, and playback in desktop applications.
• Familiarity with multimedia libraries: FFmpeg, GStreamer, VLC, or similar.
• Experience with SQL or embedded databases (e.g., SQLite).
