Software engineer contributing to design, development, and testing of storage domain features. Operates independently with minimal supervision and provides technical leadership when required.

Job Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in architecture, design and development of system software.
• Hands‑on experience in C, C++, Python and debugging with GDB.
• In‑depth knowledge of Unix/Linux system programming and multithreaded programming.
• Experience in Storage Domain.
• Virtualization experience is a plus.
• Strong conceptual understanding of OS internals.
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures and multithreaded programming.
• Commitment to sound software engineering practices and a passion for quality.
• Proven record of meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of customer deployment scenarios and experience collaborating with non‑engineering teams.

Education

• Typically requires a minimum of 4–8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree or PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience.
