In this role, you will design end-to-end data ingestion, build API-enabled data platforms, and collaborate across teams to optimize data flows and insights. The position emphasizes Python, Spark, and SQL in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a quantitative field is common in analytics roles, with strong data-focused prerequisites.
• Experience building cloud-native data platforms, end-to-end pipelines, and scalable analytics solutions.
• Proven ability to manage large data volumes and complex codebases in a SaaS setting.

As a key member of our Analytics & Data team, you will drive the development of scalable, cloud-native data solutions that power critical business insights for our customers. You'll play a vital role in transforming raw data into meaningful intelligence, helping organizations optimize spend and boost margins.

What You'll Do:

• Design and deploy a cloud-native analytics platform optimized for performance and scalability.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage substantial data volumes and intricate code structures.
• Expertise in creating scalable Data Warehouse solutions for analytical reporting.
• Strong analytical skills for handling unstructured datasets.
• Experience in designing data transformation, metadata management, and workload management processes.
• Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and big data storage systems.
• Proficiency in Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark and Kafka.
