Credit Saison India is seeking a mid-level Salesforce Developer to bridge our CRM with an AWS-based microservices architecture. You will drive development for Sales and Service Clouds and collaborate on high-scale integrations within a modern engineering stack including AWS, Data Cloud, and SFMC.

Responsibilities include Apex/LWC development, Service Console customization, and robust Salesforce–AWS integrations, with CI/CD practices and Git workflows integral to the role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flow Builder.
• Hands-on with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Console.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external microservices (AWS a plus).
• Familiarity with Data Cloud or SFMC is a plus.

Salesforce Developer (SE/SSE)

We are seeking a mid-level Salesforce Developer to bridge the gap between our CRM and our AWS microservices-based architecture. You will drive development for Sales & Service Clouds while collaborating on high-scale integrations. This role offers significant learning opportunities to work alongside a modern engineering stack including AWS, Data Cloud, and SFMC.

Technical Responsibilities

• Custom Dev: Design and build high-performance solutions using Apex and LWC.
• Service Console: Customize the agent experience via Omni-Channel, custom console components, and complex Case Management.
• Integration: Build and maintain robust interfaces between Salesforce and AWS Microservices using REST APIs, Platform Events, and Event Relays.
• Modern Data: Leverage (or learn) Data Cloud and SFMC to unify customer profiles and drive automated marketing journeys.
• DevOps: Utilize Git and CI/CD pipelines to manage code deployments within a sophisticated engineering ecosystem.

Technical Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years of Salesforce development.
• Core Skills: Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
• Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Console.
• System Design: Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external microservices (AWS experience is a major plus).
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Data Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
