Job summary

Credit Saison India is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end recruitment for branch operations across locations. You will drive high-volume hiring, optimize Time-to-Hire, and lead a team of recruiters and sourcers to meet aggressive targets.

You will collaborate with Regional Managers and Business Leaders to forecast headcount, define scaling strategies, and provide data-driven updates with senior stakeholders. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

• 5-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience with bulk hiring mandates.
• Experience building and leading recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytics to translate data into actionable senior stakeholder reports.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume TA Delivery & Delivery Metrics: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the branch business, consistently hitting aggressive, large-scale hiring targets. Drive key operational metrics, including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source Mix, and Quality of Hire. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and sourcers. Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, ensuring the team is operationally aligned to meet business demands.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Regional Managers, Branch Heads, and Business Leaders to understand headcount forecasts, define scaling strategies, and provide regular, data-driven updates on hiring progress.
• Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Implement robust, scalable sourcing channels—including employee referrals, job portals, local networks, and vendors—to ensure a continuous and healthy pipeline of candidates for branch locations.
• Process Excellence: Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across all branch locations.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of handling high- volume, bulk hiring mandates (experience in banking, NBFC, retail, or distributed branch networks is highly preferred).
• Demonstrated experience managing and building high-performing recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate recruitment data into actionable strategies and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
