Job summary

Indegene invites an Associate Business Process to join our Product Support team. You will troubleshoot production issues, analyze tickets, perform database updates, and configure workflows using JSON.

The role requires 2+ years in product or technical support, strong SQL skills, PostgreSQL and MongoDB experience, and JSON proficiency. Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent. Collaborative, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple requests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product Support, Application Support, Technical Support, or Business Process Support.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding and practical experience with MongoDB.
• Experience in querying, updating, and validating data in databases.
• Good understanding of JSON and experience configuring forms or application metadata using JSON.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Ability to understand application workflows and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product support tickets within defined SLAs.
• Analyze application issues by reviewing logs, database records, and system behavior.
• Execute data corrections and updates in production databases after appropriate validation and approvals.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.
• Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and SQL to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Configure and maintain dynamic forms and business workflows using JSON.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to reproduce, diagnose, and elevate complex issues.
• Document root cause analyses, resolutions, and operational procedures.
• Perform data validation and ensure data integrity during support activities.
• Participate in release validation and post-deployment verification when required.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve support processes and operational efficiency.

Must Have

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Associate Business Process to join our Product Support team. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to troubleshoot production issues, analyze support tickets, perform database updates, and configure business workflows. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with databases, JSON-based configurations, and production support processes.
