Job summary

People Tech Technology in Hyderabad seeks a Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer for Cluster Development (MOBIS). You will develop and stabilize instrument cluster software, implement GUI and app features, and ensure alignment with automotive requirements.

You will work in a cross-functional team, perform root-cause analysis, participate in code reviews, maintain documentation (SRS/SADS/SUDs), and follow Agile/Scrum practices while adhering to coding standards and CI processes.

Qualifications

• Strong C++ programming skills.
• Hands-on Qt/QML experience.
• Proficiency with Linux and QNX environments.
• Solid knowledge of embedded systems in automotive.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket.
• Familiar with Yocto Build System.
• Experience with CANoe preferred.
• Git version control experience.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR basics a plus.
• Exposure to static code analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform software stabilization by fixing field issues, audit findings, and QA defects.

• Prepare and maintain SRS, SADS, and SUDs documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and validation.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards and MTCI processes.
• Support continuous integration and version control activities.

Role Overview:We are looking for skilled engineers to work on Cluster Features Development and Software Stabilizationfor automotive embedded systems. The role involves development, debugging, validation, and continuous improvement of cluster software aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance cluster (instrument cluster) software features
• Perform software stabilizationby fixing field issues, audit findings, and QA defects
• Work on GUI & application developmentusing modern frameworks
• Analyze and resolve issues with root cause analysis and countermeasures
• Participate in code reviews and quality improvements
