Job summary

Genpact seeks a Lead Data Engineer to design and optimize scalable cloud data platforms using Snowflake, AWS and DBT. You will drive data architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver AI-enabled data products for enterprise-scale use cases.

You will lead ELT pipelines, implement governance, and collaborate with business and architecture teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions, ensuring performance and cost efficiency across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Data Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, AWS and DBT.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI-enabled data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable ELT pipelines using Snowflake and DBT.
• Develop cloud-native data solutions on AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, etc.).
• Implement performance optimization, cost management, and data governance practices.
• Build AI/GenAI-ready data platforms, including support for Vector DB and RAG use cases.
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior team members.
