Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Snowflake Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions on Snowflake in a cloud environment. You will work across AWS/Azure platforms and integrate Cortex AI for advanced analytics.

You will build data pipelines with Snowflake, Snowpark, DBT, and Airflow while collaborating with data scientists to productionize ML models. Strong Python skills and security/governance focus are required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in data engineering including 4+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience.
• Proficiency in Snow SQL, Snow PLSQL and Snowpark for query development, stored procedures and Python-based data apps.
• Advanced Python programming skills for data engineering tasks.
• Proficiency in AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow, DBT for data transformation/modeling, and Snowflake Cortex AI.
