Process Assessment: Evaluate manual business processes to determine automation feasibility and ROI.
Documentation: Author Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) outlining exact technical workflows.
Architecture Planning: Define the deployment strategy, identifying required infrastructure, bot licenses, and security protocols.
Bot Construction: Develop complex attended, unattended, and hybrid bots using the Automation 360 (A360) platform.
Cognitive Automation: Train and deploy Document Automation (formerly IQ Bot) models to extract unstructured data from PDFs and scanned documents.
Human-in-the-Loop: Build Automation Anywhere Robotic Interface (AARI) forms to allow seamless interaction between human workers and digital bots.
Custom Scripting: Write inline Python, JavaScript, or VBScript code blocks within A360 to handle edge cases that native actions cannot process.
Testing Protocols: Conduct rigorous Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Control Room Management: Package and deploy bots through the Automation Anywhere Control Room across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
Error Handling: Implement global exception handling frameworks to ensure bots fail safely and alert administrators with detailed logs.
Production Support: Monitor live digital workforces, troubleshoot runtime errors, and resolve data-driven bot exceptions.
Code Optimization: Refactor existing code to reduce execution runtime, optimize memory usage, and lower API API consumption.
Strong analytical thinking, clear communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical teams, and a methodical approach to debugging.
