Synopsys, Inc. seeks a Software Development, Sr Associate to join the Enterprise Data Management team.

You will design, develop, and support Informatica MDM solutions that ensure trusted, high-quality master data across enterprise systems. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions, improve data quality, and support AI-driven automation initiatives that accelerate business efficiency and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience with Informatica MDM development and support.
• Strong knowledge of MDM concepts including: Match/Merge, Survivorship Rules, Data Modeling, Data Quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support Informatica MDM solutions.
• Configure and maintain MDM functionalities including Match/Merge, Survivorship Rules, Hierarchies, and Data Models.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and integrations.
• Support data quality management, governance, and master data initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve MDM, integration, and data quality issues.
• Develop and support ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement effective data solutions.
• Contribute to AI/GenAI-driven automation and data management initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards, best practices, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and system performance.

• Programming experience in Java and/or Python.
• Experience with ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
