Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM. You will ensure accurate, governed master data across business systems and enable trusted data for enterprise-wide consumption.

The role involves configuring MDM components, match and merge rules, data quality checks, and integrating with REST/SOAP services.

Responsibilities

• Configure rules for Match & Merge, Survivorship, Validation and Data Quality checks.
• Design and implement Customer, Product, Supplier, and Reference Data management solutions.
• Develop and maintain IDD configurations and user interfaces.
• Create and manage Cleanse, Match, and Load processes for MD lifecycles.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM Developer who can design, develop, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM, ensuring accurate, consistent, and governed master data across business systems while enabling trusted data for enterprise-wide consumption.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and configure Informatica MDM components including Hub Store, Landing Tables, Staging Tables, Base Objects, Crosswalks, and Hierarchies.
• Configure Match & Merge rules, Survivorship rules, Trust settings, Validation rules, and Data Quality checks to ensure high-quality master data.
• Design and implement Customer, Product, Supplier, and Reference Data management solutions.
• Develop and maintain Informatica Data Director (IDD) configurations and user interfaces.
• Create and manage Cleanse, Match, and Load processes to support master data lifecycle management.
• Work on data profiling, standardization, cleansing, enrichment, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop integrations using SIF APIs, BES APIs, REST/SOAP services, and Informatica Cloud services.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data governance teams, architects, and application teams to ensure data quality and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for Informatica MDM applications.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong experience in Informatica MDM Development, Configuration, and Implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Director (IDD), Provisioning Tool, Business Entities, and Reference Data Management.
• Strong knowledge of Match & Merge, Trust Framework, Survivorship Rules, Hierarchy Manager, Security, and User Management.
• Experience in Landing, Staging, and Base Object Design, Crosswalk Configuration, Relationship Modelling, and Entity Management.
• Hands-on experience in Package Configuration, Batch Job Development, Data Quality Rules, and Validation Frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in SIF APIs, BES APIs, REST APIs, SOAP Services, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong SQL and database expertise with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Exposure to Java, Python, Shell Scripting, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Data Profiling, and Data Quality Management.
• Experience in Golden Record creation, hierarchy management, master data lifecycle management, and enterprise data governance.
• Experience with Customer 360, Product 360, Supplier 360, Healthcare MDM, or Informatica SaaS MDM solutions (C360/B360/CDI/CDQ/R360).
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
