Job summary

NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Ltd is seeking an experienced PMO professional to support our IT Product and Delivery organization. The role will drive governance, portfolio reporting, delivery tracking, resource management, financial oversight, and stakeholder communication across multiple product and technology initiatives.

You will develop and publish weekly/monthly portfolio status reports and executive dashboards, monitor KPIs, and manage risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering, business admin, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of PMO, Project Coordination, Program Management Office, or IT Delivery Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Proven experience in project tracking, portfolio management, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Governance across multiple IT product and delivery initiatives; ensure adherence to standards and governance frameworks.
  • Track milestones, risks, issues, and action items; facilitate reviews and dashboards.
  • Publish weekly/monthly portfolio status reports and executive dashboards.
  • Monitor KPIs: schedule, scope, budget, quality, and resource utilization; escalate critical issues.
  • Support budgets, forecasts, annual planning, and capacity planning activities.
  • Maintain RAID logs; support audit, compliance, and risk remediation requirements.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, Delivery Leads, and Leadership; prepare executive packs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and reporting templates; drive automation where possible.

Software Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to support our IT Product and Delivery organization. The role will be responsible for driving project governance, portfolio reporting, delivery tracking, resource management, financial oversight, and stakeholder communication across multiple product and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project & Portfolio GovernanceSupport governance of multiple IT product and delivery initiatives across the portfolio.Ensure adherence to project management standards, processes, and organizational governance frameworks.Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.Facilitate project reviews, steering committee meetings, and governance forums.Maintain portfolio dashboards and provide visibility into project health and delivery status.
  • Delivery Monitoring & ReportingDevelop and publish weekly/monthly portfolio status reports and executive dashboards.Monitor project KPIs including schedule, scope, budget, quality, and resource utilization.Analyze project performance and identify potential delivery risks and bottlenecks.Ensure timely escalation of critical issues impacting project timelines or business outcomes.Drive closure of action items and follow-up activities.
  • Financial & Resource ManagementTrack project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and financial variance reports.Support annual planning, budget preparation, and portfolio forecasting activities.Monitor resource allocation and utilization across projects and programs.Assist project managers and delivery leads with capacity planning and demand management.
  • Risk & Compliance ManagementMaintain project risk, issue, assumption, and dependency (RAID) logs.Support audit, compliance, and control requirements related to project delivery.Ensure documentation and reporting standards are consistently followed across initiatives.Track and report on mitigation plans and risk remediation activities.
  • Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Delivery Leads, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership teams.Prepare presentation materials and executive review packs.Ensure effective communication of portfolio status, risks, achievements, and key decisions.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve delivery challenges.
  • Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve PMO processes, tools, and governance frameworks.Drive standardization of project management practices and reporting templates.Support Agile transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.Leverage automation tools for reporting and portfolio management activities.
Required Qualifications
