We are seeking an experienced Software Development Lead with 5–10 years of experience in automotive/EV software development, with strong expertise in embedded software, electrical & electronics (E&E) systems, and hardware–software integration. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in developing and delivering automotive/ EV software solutions, along with the ability to lead software development activities from architecture and development through integration, testing, and deployment.

• Software Development
• Architect, design, and implement software solutions for embedded systems, automotive electronics, or industrial applications.
• Ensure integration with hardware and E&E systems.
• Quality & Compliance
• Establish robust testing frameworks (unit, integration, system testing).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IEC, AUTOSAR, MISRA, or relevant).
• Drive continuous improvement in software quality and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with hardware, electronics, and systems engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product management to align software features with customer needs.
• Support design reviews, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Explore emerging technologies in embedded software, IoT, AI/ML, and E&E integration.
• Contribute to proof‑of‑concepts and advanced research projects.
• Support intellectual property development (patents, technical papers).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in software development, with exposure to embedded systems and E&E, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong programming skills (C/C++, Python, Java, or similar). Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, UART, SPI, and I2C communication protocols.
• Experience with microcontrollers, RTOS, and embedded debugging tools.
