The role is accountable for defining and delivering the next generation vehicle E/E architecture roadmap, enabling industry-leading performance, quality, scalability, cybersecurity, functional safety, and manufacturing efficiency.
Architect the Future Vehicle Platform
Define the end-to-end vehicle architecture for future EV, HEV, and intelligent mobility platforms.
Lead migration from distributed ECU architectures toward centralized and zonal computing architectures.
Develops scalable vehicle platforms supporting:
Drives software-defined vehicle strategy across all vehicle programs.
Lead disruptive technology programs in:
Establish best-in-class systems engineering practices.
Introduce model-based systems engineering across programs.
Partner with software COC to create:
Drive a software-first mindset across engineering teams.
Own vehicle-level compliance for:
Establish a culture where safety and cybersecurity are engineered into the platform from day one.
Demonstrated progressive competence in EEE/EV/HEV powertrain component and subsystem design/development and direct experience with automotive electric drive, power electronics, battery pack systems, regulatory and testing.
Hands on, rigorous, creative/innovative mindset with experience in advanced automotive system development, EEE Vehicle architectures, SDV, OTA advanced engineering and RD methodologies.
Ability to deal effectively with and lead within a fast-paced, dynamic and change-oriented environment.
Deep knowledge and expertise in EEE/EV/HEV subsystem quality process.
Direct experience on EEE value chain
Excellent leadership skills with experience in building and leading engineering and business teams that may be in multiple locations (International experience preferred)
