The India Payments Tech in Bangalore is responsible to build product and technology solutions to build great payments products and experiences using various technologies to solve complex problems related to distributed systems, scalable architecture, machine learning, and algorithms.

Key job responsibilities

• Understand the fundamentals of different Payment Products mainly UPI
• Drive technical solutions/architecture for UPI Services that can scale to millions of customers.
• Design and develop robust, scalable enterprise systems with wide-ranging applications. Lead architecture for large components and implement to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions with a bias toward standards based and flexible designs.
• Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration.
• Build relationships and earn trust with partner teams

• Collaborate with other engineers towards broader organizational goals and projects
• Collaborate with product and program managers, principal engineers for feature definition and delivery

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
