You will own critical mobile experiences end-to-end, make architectural decisions, and ship features with speed and reliability, leveraging Flutter and Dart to deliver high-performance apps for customers and professionals. The Opportunity

Our mobile apps sit at the heart of the customer and professional experience. You’ll own critical mobile experiences end-to-end, make key architecture decisions, and build a fast, reliable, and scalable Flutter ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and own mobile experiences: Build scalable, high-performance Flutter applications across our customer and professional apps.
• Write production-grade code: Build clean, reusable, and maintainable components using Flutter and Dart.
• Ship with speed and reliability: Own features from technical design to production while maintaining a high bar for performance and stability.
• Shape mobile architecture: Drive decisions across state management, navigation, networking, modularisation, and application performance.
• Solve hard engineering problems: Debug complex issues across the app, APIs, SDKs, native layers, and backend integrations.
• Raise the engineering bar: Build reusable foundations, improve development velocity, and influence how we engineer mobile products at Snabbit.

What we’re looking for

• 5-7 years of software engineering experience, with strong hands‑on experience building production‑grade applications using Flutter.
• Deep proficiency in Flutter and Dart, along with strong mobile architecture and engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building scalable, high-performance apps and working with modern state management patterns.
• Strong debugging ability across application, API, SDK, and native layers.
• A builder’s mindset: hands‑on, scrappy, and comfortable turning ambiguity into products that ship and scale.
