Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a Flutter Developer (SDE 1) with 2 to 3 years of experience to design, build, and maintain high‑quality cross‑platform mobile apps. You will work with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver a seamless user experience.

Strong Dart/Flutter knowledge plus native Android experience is preferred. Candidate should be proficient with state management libraries and have exposure to APIs (REST/GraphQL) and local storage databases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional Flutter experience.
• 1+ year native Android development (Kotlin/Java).
• Experience with state management libraries (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
• Strong Kotlin/Swift experience for native modules.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Flutter Developer (SDE 1) with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. As an SDE, you will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver a seamless user experience. A strong understanding of the Flutter framework and Dart is required. Additionally, prior experience of native Android development (Kotlin/Java) is a huge plus and will help you stand out.

Required Technical Skills:

• Flutter & Dart: 2+ years of professional experience building and deploying production-ready apps using Flutter.
• 1+ Years prior experience of native Android development (Kotlin/Java)
• State Management: Proficient with at least one major state management library (BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod)
• Strong experience in native Kotlin and Swift
• Asynchronous Programming: Strong understanding of Dart streams, futures, and async/await concepts.
