Working Hours: Candidates must be available to work a minimum of four evening hours to ensure overlap with our US-based team, typically between 8:00 PM–12:00 AM or 9:00 PM–1:00 AM IST.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands‑on software developer to build, maintain, and improve the frontend of our Unity3D-based desktop application. The role involves developing user interfaces, implementing application functionality, and working closely with other teams to deliver a reliable and intuitive user experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design, develop, optimize, and maintain Unity3D application code, prefabs, UI components, and scenes.


• Build and maintain interactive user interfaces and application functionality using C# and Unity3D.


• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional UI components and features.


• Work on customer‑facing functionality, addressing usability issues, bugs, and feature improvements.


• Debug and troubleshoot application issues, with a focus on performance, stability, and maintainability.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong proficiency in C# with experience building scalable, maintainable applications.


• Solid hands‑on experience with Unity3D, preferably in a professional development environment rather than solely through internships or apprenticeships.


• Experience working with Unity UI components, prefabs, scenes, and application architecture.


• Ability to independently debug, improve performance, and take ownership of technical challenges.

BONUS POINTS

• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON serialization, and backend service integration.


• Experience with large file handling, asset loading, caching, and memory management.


• Familiarity with Unity's rendering pipelines, shaders, materials, lighting, and graphics optimization


• Familiarity with shader programming (HLSL/ShaderLab) or other 3D graphics libraries.
