Job summary

NxtWave in Hyderabad is hiring to train and mentor students in data structures and algorithms, with a clear path from teaching to software development after year one.

You will lead in-person DSA sessions for large cohorts, review student work, and contribute to building internal tools while progressing along a performance-based career track. On-site role with rigorous schedule and fast hiring.

The Role: In year one, you'll deliver daily in-person DSA training and mentor classes of 70100 students in Hyderabad. Based on your performance, you can move into Software Development — building scalable products and internal platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Data Structures & Algorithms, with clear communication
• Problem-solving mindset; fast learner on new tech platforms
• Teaching/mentorship experience and competitive programming (Codeforces / CodeChef / LeetCode / AtCoder) or ICPC/hackathons are a plus
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance teaching and development
