What you will actually do:

• Own features and services across the platform estate — from this website to the tools analysts and strategists run daily
• Build in our production stack: TypeScript front, Node and Python services behind, PostgreSQL underneath — with the operational literacy to run what you ship
• Carry the review culture: your pull requests reviewed, others’ reviewed by you — the quality control and the confidentiality control in one ritual

Skills that matter: Production TypeScript, Backend depth in Node.js and/or Python at service scale, Relational design and query fluency in PostgreSQL, Testing as engineering, Code review craft, Security-minded development.
