An iOS Developer here designs and builds applications for mobile devices running Apple’s iOS: coding the base application, ensuring its quality and responsiveness, fixing what breaks, and shipping the updates that keep it current. What you will actually do:

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform — from concept through delivery, using sound software design, coding, and process
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications — the numbers users feel and reviewers grade
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features — cross-functional work with design, backend, and security, not seat-of-the-wall handoffs
