The role focuses on designing, developing, and evolving mission-critical systems to empower Selling Partners at scale across Amazon’s stores. You will lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions that drive partner growth.
The EU International Technology (EU INTech) charter for Partner Growth and Experiences (PGX) is established to deliver coherent and personalised experiences for Selling Partners (SP) and Amazon teams, enabling them to manage their business growth across Amazon WW stores as a single-store experience, benefiting Amazon customers by accelerating Amazon flywheel. As a Software Development Engineer-2 on Amazon's Partner Growth Experience team, you will assume advanced ownership of designing, developing, and evolving mission-critical systems that empower Amazon's Selling Partners at scale. This role builds upon foundational engineering excellence to drive strategic technical leadership, ensuring solutions align with Amazon's long-term vision for partner enablement and marketplace growth.
