Tejaki – by Blowtrumpet Technologies – is seeking early-career engineers to grow into system architecture roles in Delhi. You will study existing architectures, participate in reviews, and contribute to design discussions while learning patterns like CQRS and microservices.

THE ROLE

Grow into architecture through the supply side — learn how offer-based systems, publisher interfaces, and payout pipelines are designed for fairness, transparency, and creator trust.

What You Will Do

• Study and document existing system architecture — data flows, service boundaries, and integration points
• Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to design discussions
• Write technical specifications and architecture decision records (ADRs)
• Build proof-of-concept implementations to validate architectural hypotheses
• Learn and apply design patterns — domain-driven design, event sourcing, CQRS, microservices
• Shadow senior engineers on system design, capacity planning, and incident post-mortems

What We Are Looking For

• Strong CS fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, system design basics
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (TypeScript/Node.js preferred)
• Genuine curiosity about how systems work at scale — not just coding, but designing
• Ability to read and reason about unfamiliar codebases
• Willingness to learn fast and take on responsibility beyond your experience level
