Blowtrumpet Technologies Private Limited in South Delhi is launching a campus outreach program to identify and nurture campus ambassadors across India's top colleges, building a pipeline of early-career talent for Hire For Work.

You will lead the campus outreach, recruit ambassadors, train them on our values and products, and connect students with internship opportunities across Blowtrumpet products. This is an early-career role based in South Delhi.

Qualifications

• Experience in campus recruitment or student community management.
• Strong understanding of India's college ecosystem and key institutes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to campuses.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the campus ambassador programme across target colleges in India.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard campus ambassadors—training them on company values, products, and community standards.
• Build relationships with college placement cells, TPOs, student bodies, and faculty sponsors.
• Plan and coordinate campus events — tech talks, workshops, hackathons, and industry connect sessions.
• Manage the campus ambassador community on HFW — facilitating engagement, resolving issues, and celebrating wins.
• Lead skill development initiatives — coding challenges, design sprints, research paper workshops.
• Connect students with internship and early-career placement opportunities across all Blowtrumpet products.
• Track programme metrics — ambassador activity, event attendance, application conversions, and community growth.

ABOUT BLOWTRUMPET

Blowtrumpet is the corporate backbone of an emerging ad-tech ecosystem currently in closed testing. We are building a full-stack advertising platform — from demand-side to supply-side — reimagining how advertisers and publishers connect in the attention economy. Based in South Delhi, Blowtrumpet houses all central functions including strategy, design, HR, finance, communications, and platform engineering.

THE ROLE

Lead Blowtrumpet's campus outreach programme — identifying and nurturing campus ambassadors across India's top colleges, building a pipeline of early-career talent, and connecting the next generation of technologists and business minds with real industry opportunities through Hire For Work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design and execute the campus ambassador programme across target colleges in India


• Identify, recruit, and onboard campus ambassadors — training them on company values, products, and community standards


• Build relationships with college placement cells, TPOs, student bodies, and faculty sponsors

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in campus recruitment, campus relations, or student community management


• Strong understanding of the Indian college ecosystem — IITs, NITs, IIIT, DTU, BITS, IGDTUW, and similar institutions


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you can connect with a 20-year-old student and a college dean in the same day


• Event planning and project management skills


• Genuine passion for mentoring young talent and building inclusive communities


• Familiarity with Discord, WhatsApp, and community management tools


• Willingness to travel to campuses as needed
