Job summary

UST in India (Maharashtra) seeks a Principal Engineer (.NET & Azure) with 10+ years to lead design and delivery of scalable cloud-native apps, provide architecture guidance, and mentor teams for engineering excellence.

You will architect enterprise apps with .NET Core, microservices, Azure services, and SQL Server; drive design reviews, set standards, and collaborate with product, QA, DevOps to ensure reliable, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• .NET Core / C# expertise and hands-on enterprise app development.
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services and SQL Server.
• Experience in designing scalable, observable systems with good fault tolerance.
• Ability to define architecture standards and drive technical design reviews.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and lead cross-functional delivery.

Principal Engineer (.NET & Azure) Experience: 10+ Years

Role Summary Lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. Provide architecture guidance, technical leadership, hands-on engineering support, and mentor teams to drive engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design enterprise applications using .NET Core, Microservices, and Azure.


• Define and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.


• Lead technical design reviews, POCs, and solutioning discussions.


• Guide development teams and help resolve complex technical challenges.


• Drive application reliability, performance, observability, and operational excellence.


• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders for successful delivery.


• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
