We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can take ownership of our social media presence across multiple brands, accounts, and platforms.You will be responsible for developing social media strategies, planning content calendars, creating engaging written content, managing publishing schedules, and building meaningful conversations with online communities. You will also track content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and identify opportunities to improve our social media efforts.This role requires someone with good communication skills, a creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars, presenting plans for executive approval before execution.
• Content Writing: Create text-based content, including social media captions, LinkedIn posts, X threads, blogs, and platform-specific copy.
• Publishing & Management: Schedule and publish approved content across multiple social media channels using social media management tools.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and encourage meaningful community interactions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media performance, track engagement metrics, and prepare reports on content and strategy effectiveness.
• Multi-Account Management: Manage multiple brand accounts and social media platforms while maintaining consistency in communication, content quality, and publishing schedules.

Requirements
