Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and adjusting campaigns based on data insights. The Social Media Marketing Manager will collaborate with design and marketing teams, manage social media calendars, engage with the online community, and support broader digital marketing initiatives that align with 7MARK’s tech-integrated design approach.

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning and platform management.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, community interaction, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to align social media content with brand goals and audience needs.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to improve reach, engagement, and performance across platforms.
• Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills, including basic knowledge of analytics, paid advertising, and integrated campaigns.
• Relevant experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in design or tech-focused environments.
• Ability to analyze metrics, use social media management tools, and adapt strategies based on performance data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously on-site in Surat.
