Job summary

The Global Zone is seeking a skilled Social Media Content Creator to plan, produce, and optimize fashion-forward content across Instagram, Facebook, and related platforms from our Raipur studio. You will lead content calendar management, collaborate with internal teams and external creators, and ensure a premium, cohesive brand voice across all posts and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
• Manage day-to-day content for Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Conceptualise Reels, Stories, posts, campaigns and engaging social-first content.
• Coordinate and execute content shoots with models, designers and the internal team.
• Write compelling captions, hooks and campaign copy aligned with the brand.
• Stay updated with fashion, luxury, Instagram and content trends and adapt them intelligently for the brand.
• Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity, tone and overall Instagram grid.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers and editors for timely content delivery.
• Cover exhibitions, designer launches, store events and campaigns in real time.
• Manage posting schedules, community engagement, comments and DMs where required.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, Reel performance and other key metrics.
• Analyse performance and continuously improve the content strategy.
• Research competitors, creators and emerging content formats to identify new opportunities.
