Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, graphics) across all social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to messages and comments in a timely manner.
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media tools.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to create visually engaging content.
• Experience with paid social campaigns is a plus.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills preferred.
