Qualifications

• 0 - 2+ years of social media management experience (agency experience preferred).
• Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement for brands.
• Strategic thinking: you build ecosystems, not just post content.
• Advanced knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Data-driven approach: you make decisions based on insights, not assumptions.
• Strong presentation and client communication skills.
• Leadership potential: ready to guide team members and shape department culture.
