Job summary

Masala Productions is hiring a Full-Time Social Media Executive (Fresher - up to 1 year) to join our team in a hybrid Pune setup. You will manage social media presence for multiple brands across India, focusing on content ideation, Canva designs, and video editing for reels.

The role requires strong aesthetics, Canva proficiency, and the ability to coordinate content calendars while staying on top of trends. Remote work within Pune with occasional in-person sessions is expected.

Qualifications

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in social media/digital marketing preferred.
• Strong aesthetic sense and design skills required.
• Proficient in Canva and able to edit short-form videos for social platforms.

We're looking for a full-time Social Media Executive (Fresher - upto 1 year of experience) to join our team and work closely with us on managing the social media presence of multiple brands across India.

What you’ll be working on:

• Content ideation and creative brainstorming
• Creating designs on Canva
• Editing engaging short-form videos and reels
• Managing content calendars across multiple clients
• Assisting with shoots and content production
• Supporting branding, campaign execution, and Meta Ads

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong aesthetic sense and good design skills
• Is proficient in Canva
• Can edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels
• Is highly organized and can manage multiple projects
• Keeps up with social media trends and understands what performs well
• Is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn

Bonus Points:

• Previous internship or work experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

Location

Remote - Pune (Preference for candidates based in Pune, as there will be occasional in-person brainstorming sessions, café workdays, and content shoots.)
