Job summary

Webcof, a Pune-based digital marketing agency, seeks an intern to manage real brand social media from day one. You’ll plan content, write captions, create photos and videos, post, manage DMs, and track growth under guidance.

The role runs for 6–8 weeks, is in-office at Hadapsar, Pune, with 9:00 AM–6:00 PM hours. PPO available for top performers and internship certificates are provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing MBA or BBA; marketing/digital media focus preferred.
• Active personal Instagram or LinkedIn with original content to showcase.
• Proficient with Canva for brand content creation.
• Strong understanding of what makes Reels perform well.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content across formats (short-form videos, carousels, captions).
• Build monthly content calendars for assigned client (Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook).
• Plan, shoot, and edit photo/video content including Reels and longer videos.
• Write captions and scripts tailored to each platform, not copied.
• Design posts using Canva brand kits and templates.

Webcof is a Pune-based digital marketing agency working with clients in healthcare, real estate, and retail since 2016. We build websites, run campaigns, and manage digital presence for growing businesses.

We’re looking for Social Media Associates who want more than a certificate; who want to actually run a real brand’s social media, see the numbers move, and leave with a portfolio that speaks for itself.

You will be assigned to a live account from day one. You’ll plan content, write captions, create photos and videos, post, manage DMs, and track growth; all under the guidance of our team.

• Internship Duration: 6 to 8 weeks
• Start Date: Immediately
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat-Sun OFF)
• Work Mode: In-Office (Hadapsar, Pune)
• Office Hours: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing MBA or BBA; preferably in Marketing, Digital Media, or Mass Communication
• Have an active personal Instagram or LinkedIn where you post original content; we will ask to see it
• Can use Canva confidently without hand-holding
• Understand what makes a Reel actually work vs. what gets ignored
• Available full-time for 6 to 8 weeks
• Comfortable writing in both English and Marathi / Hindi for regional clients

Intern Responsibilities

Selected intern’s day-to-day tasks will include:

• You’ll create and manage content across formats; this isn’t just designing templates. You’ll be producing real content: Short-form videos Long-form videos Carousels Stories Graphic posts Captions & scripts
• Build a monthly content calendar for your assigned client (Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook)
• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content — both short-form Reels and longer videos as needed
• Write captions, Reel scripts, and carousel copy — platform-native, not copy-pasted
• Design posts using Canva templates (we provide brand kits)
• Post, reply to comments, manage DMs, and engage with the target audience daily
• Do active outreach — follow, comment, and build community on behalf of the brand
• Send weekly performance update to the client (template provided)
• Prepare a final analytics report at the end of your internship
• Incentives: ₹1,000 - ₹5,000 / Month (Based on performance)
• PPO (Pre-Placement Offer): Yes, strictly for well-performing candidates (CTC ₹1.8L - ₹2.4L PA).
• Internship certificate valid for academic submission
• Hands‑on with tools: Meta Business Suite, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, VN Video Editor/ Edits/ Buffer / Later
