About the Role

We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day of multiple client Instagram accounts from content calendars to captions to community management making sure nothing falls through the cracks across accounts.

What You'll Do

• Ideate and script reel concepts and hooks alongside the content/video team
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple clients
• Schedule and publish reels, posts and stories on time, every time
• Write captions and hashtag strategy aligned with each client's brand voice
• Manage comments and DMs, keeping response times tight
• Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and help compile monthly client review reports
• Coordinate closely with the video editor and content strategist to keep the content pipeline moving
• Keep a pulse on trends, audio and formats worth adapting for clients

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience managing social media for brands or an agency
• Excellent written communication - captions, DMs and client-facing notes all need to sound right
• Strong organizational skills - you'll be running calendars for multiple clients at once, not just one
• Comfortable with Instagram scheduling tools and basic analytics
• A genuine interest in social media - not just as a job, but as something you actually follow
• Genuinely interested in creating content - not just managing it
• Camera-confident and comfortable appearing on camera when needed
• Willing to travel for shoots as required

Good to Have

• Experience with Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)
• Basic Canva/design skills for quick story graphics
• Prior agency experience handling multiple brands simultaneously
