Brilliant Brains | AI Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a creative Content Creator - Organic & Paid Social to manage multiple client social media handles, craft brand narratives, and develop high-performing content for both organic growth and paid campaigns. The role spans planning, creation, and publication across key platforms, with influencer coordination and performance tracking.

You will work closely with performance marketing teams to optimize ad creatives and leverage AI-assisted tools

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow organic social media handles for multiple client brands.
• Develop and execute organic & paid social media content strategies aligned with each brand's objectives.
• Create compelling storytelling-led content including reels, posts, carousels, captions, ad creatives, and campaigns.
• Publish content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop paid social creatives and concepts for awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize Meta/Instagram and other paid creatives.
• Adapt content for different stages of the marketing funnel.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations across micro, macro, and creator communities.
• Brief influencers on brand tone, messaging, and deliverables.
• Track organic performance, paid creatives, engagement, reach, conversions, and influencer ROI.
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, hooks, and ad trends.

We're looking for a creative, brand-focused Content Creator - Organic & Paid Social who can manage multiple client social media handles, build compelling brand narratives, create high-performing content, and contribute to both organic growth and paid social campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow organic social media handles for multiple client brands
• Develop and execute organic & paid social media content strategies aligned with each brand's objectives
• Create compelling storytelling-led content including reels, posts, carousels, captions, ad creatives, and campaigns
• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Develop paid social creatives and campaign concepts designed for awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions
• Work closely with performance marketing teams to develop and optimize Meta/Instagram and other paid social creatives
• Understand how to adapt content for different stages of the marketing funnel
• Identify, coordinate, and manage influencer collaborations across micro, macro, and creator communities
• Brief influencers and creators on brand tone, messaging, content direction, and deliverables
• Track and analyze organic performance, paid campaign creatives, engagement, reach, conversions, and influencer ROI
• Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, hooks, algorithms, ad trends, and emerging creator formats

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of organic social media growth and platform algorithms
• Good understanding of paid social media advertising and performance creatives
• Experience managing multiple client social media accounts
• Proven skills in branding, storytelling, content ideation, and creative strategy
• Experience creating content for both organic posts and paid advertisements
• Experience in influencer marketing and creator coordination
• Strong understanding of content hooks, CTAs, audience psychology, and conversion-focused creative
• Strong hands-on understanding of AI tools for:
• Ad creative development and variations
• Ability to blend AI-assisted creativity with human storytelling and brand thinking
• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skillsData-aware mindset with strong creative thinking
• Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and creative requirements simultaneously
