Shree Vardhman Group in Gurugram is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to strengthen its digital presence across platforms and drive brand engagement for real estate projects.

You will manage social channels, coordinate influencer partnerships, plan content, oversee on-site shoots, and align website updates with external vendors to promote launches and eye-catching campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing; real estate experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, and digital marketing trends.
• Experience in influencer marketing, vendor coordination, and on-location shoots.
• Knowledge of video editing tools and creative content formats.
• Understanding of social media analytics, paid campaigns, and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, creativity, and project management skills.
• Can manage a team of interns in an effective & efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• - Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• - Plan and execute social media strategies, content calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• - Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and agencies for collaborations, reels, and promotional tie-ups.
• - Plan and manage photo and video shoots at project sites, including residential townships and project locations.
• - Oversee video editing, reels, walkthroughs, testimonials, and other promotional video content.
• - Coordinate with website vendors for website updates, project details, landing pages, and digital content.
• - Create engaging content, captions, hashtags, and campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives.
• - Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• - Track engagement, reach, followers, leads, and campaign performance; prepare regular performance reports.
• - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote projects, launches, events, and offers.
• - Support lead generation and brand awareness through organic and paid social media campaigns.
• - Maintain consistent brand communication and ensure timely responses to audience queries.
