Job summary

Atlantic Publishers & Distributors in Delhi/NCR is seeking a creative Social Media & Graphic Designer to manage our social channels and produce engaging visual and video content for campaigns.

You will plan a monthly content calendar, design posts, banners and reels, edit videos, and collaborate with marketing to promote books and events. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and CapCut, plus a strong portfolio, are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Diploma in Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Marketing, Media or related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience in social media marketing, graphic designing and/or digital marketing.
• Portfolio of social media creatives and video/reel work.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social media & Graphic Designer to manage our social media presence and create engaging visual and video content for our marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, strong graphic designing skills, and hands‑on experience in editing reels and short‑form videos.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan and create a monthly social media content calendar.
• Develop engaging content to promote books, products, events, campaigns and other company activities.
• Research social media trends, hashtags and relevant content ideas.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments and messages.
• Track basic social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Support the execution of social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct basic competitor and market research.

Graphic Designing

• Design creative and attractive social media posts, banners, flyers, posters and promotional creatives.
• Create marketing materials for book launches, offers, events, campaigns and other promotional activities.
• Design creatives according to the company's brand guidelines.
• Edit and enhance images for social media and marketing purposes.
• Create basic infographics and other visual communication materials.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.

Video & Reel Editing

• Create and edit Instagram Reels, short‑form videos and promotional videos.
• Edit videos using appropriate transitions, music, text, captions and effects.
• Create engaging video content suitable for different social media platforms.
• Add subtitles, graphics and basic animations to videos.
• Repurpose existing content into reels and short‑form videos.
• Stay updated with current video and social media trends.
